Arete Property Services was founded in 2024 with a simple aim: to build a reputation for high-quality workmanship, reliability and trust, and to develop long-standing relationships with clients and trade professionals.
The name Arete comes from the Greek idea of excellence or virtue — the fulfilment of a person or thing’s potential. That principle reflects the standard we aim to bring to every project, whether a small domestic job or work on a larger commercial or heritage property.

Arete regularly works alongside Ben of B M Property Solutions. Having worked together for several years before establishing their respective businesses, the two businesses share a similar approach to workmanship and customer service and are able to collaborate across a broad range of projects.
